
The switch to Modern Comments has frustrated many users and made many users angry. Close to the end of 2021, I still do not see Modern Comments in my version of Microsoft 365.

Personally, I had to install the Insider Beta version of Office on a computer to get access to Modern Comments so I could test it. Modern Comments have not been rolled out to all users yet. They can dock hop with the greatest of ease - no senseless clicking or eyes darting about looking for the active window. But what I find interesting is that apparently, not everyone experiences this “inactive” phenomenon.
